Martin Associates are a multi-disciplinary professional practice of chartered surveyors, cost consultants, project managers and architects. Developed from a long experience of working in the built environment, we provide the latest strategic procurement and development advice based on a comprehensive understanding of the construction market.

Martin Associates set out to provide a high-quality service for our clients: dedicated to providing innovation, experience and skill, with cutting-edge communications and, above all, a high-quality, customer-centred professional service. Our mission can only be truly fulfilled by understanding our clients' needs, repeatedly exceeding their expectations, and developing long-term partnerships.
We have been involved in a variety of very large regeneration projects, for example: the Ashford Barracks site in Kent, working in a team led by EDAW as masterplanners; the APU site in Chelmsford, Essex, where the team is led by the Richard Rogers Partnership; and the Fourth Grace development in Liverpool, working with Will Alsop Architects. We have also been involved in large-scale refurbishment projects, for example: Forest Homes stock transfer from Waltham Forest of 2,600 homes; and the Bakersfield Estate, which is a stock transfer of 148 flats from the HM Prison Service to a Housing Association client, where we act as the lead consultant.
We have also recently been involved with a major bid for Silvertown Dock in the Royal Docks acting on behalf of a consortium of major house builders in a mixed-use development, including a hotel, offices, casino, over 3,000 residential units and the proposed largest aquarium in the country.
Stock reinvestment programmes are a principal part of our work, and we are very pleased to have been retained by clients on programmes in both north and south London. We have been part of a team bidding for large MoD sites suitable for development in Berkshire, Cheshire and Merseyside.
We are focused on achieving a high level of client satisfaction through the quality of our work, on budget, on time, every time. With many years' experience of providing professional services as construction consultants, we have gained the highest level of expertise from successfully completing a varied portfolio of projects. These extend across new construction, refurbishment and the maintenance of buildings in virtually every sector, ranging in size from minor building works to projects of multi-million pounds in construction value.
